Part A — Terms of Use (website)

  1. Acceptance. By using magneticglamping.com.au you accept these terms.
  2. Use of the site. Use it to learn about us and to enquire and book. Don't misuse, disrupt, or use the site unlawfully.
  3. Intellectual property. All content (text, images, branding, logos) is owned by Magnetic Glamping or used with permission; not to be reproduced without consent. Guest reviews are shown with attribution to their source.
  4. Accuracy. We describe our tents, facilities and accessibility accurately. Images are of the property; any illustrative island/context image is presented as such. Ask us before booking if anything is unclear.
  5. Disclaimer & liability. The site is provided "as is"; to the extent permitted by law we exclude liability for loss from its use. Nothing limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Part B — Booking conditions

  1. Booking & rates. Rates and availability are subject to change until a booking is confirmed. Best rate is direct; no booking fees direct.
  2. Cancellation (direct/standard rate). Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival. After that, the full booking amount applies, or you may reschedule subject to availability.
  3. Check-out. Please leave your tent tidy; wash, dry and put away kitchenware; take rubbish and recycling to the bin room. A $100 cleaning fee may apply if extra cleaning is needed.

Part C — External booking sites

If you book through an external travel platform (for example Booking.com, Hotels.com, Luxury Escapes, Expedia, TripAdvisor, or our booking provider Bookings247), that platform's own terms, cancellation rules and privacy practices apply to your booking — they may differ from the direct-booking conditions above. Booking direct with us is the simplest and best-rate option.

Part D — Accessibility statement

We target WCAG 2.2 Level AA for this website: unique descriptive headings, AA colour contrast, full keyboard navigation with visible focus, reduced-motion support, image text alternatives, and clearly labelled forms.

Known limitations: some third-party tools we don't fully control — the Bookings247 booking system, the Chat2 chat widget, and the on-site review feed — may not always meet AA. If any creates a barrier, contact us and we'll help another way.

Accessible accommodation: beyond the website, Tent 7 is a specially-designed accessible tent — tell us your needs and we'll talk them through.
