We built Magnetic Glamping around a feeling we kept chasing on our own holidays and rarely found: the permission to stop.

So we made a place that gives it. Eight canvas tents in tropical gardens on Magnetic Island. Eco-certified, genuinely comfortable, and quiet by design.

We keep it small on purpose. Fewer tents, more space to breathe. We're here when you arrive, and we look after the details so you don't have to.

The way we run this place has a name. Freedom by Design is our business model, developed alongside Dr. Anna Harrison of annaharrison.com, and it starts from the relationship between people, place and experience. It's built around human behaviour, wellbeing and operational resilience.

It combines thoughtful design, smart Australian-led technology, streamlined processes and sustainable practices to reduce operational pressure while strengthening the guest experience.
