- What is your cancellation policy?
- If you cancel at least 7 days before your arrival date, you receive a full 100% refund. If you cancel within 7 days of arrival, the full booking amount applies — but you're welcome to change your dates instead, subject to availability. If you booked through Booking.com, Luxury Escapes or another external platform, that platform's own cancellation rules apply.
- Best way to book?
- Direct, every time — best rate, no booking fees. Check dates with no card required.
- What does a night cost?
- King and Queen tents, with rates per tent. See dates & rates.

- How do I get to Magnetic Island?
- A short ferry from Townsville, then free on-site parking. Full details on our Essentials page.
The tents
- Is this just expensive camping?
- No — real beds, air-conditioning, a private bathroom, and a pool. Camping comfort isn't the trade here.
- Is there WiFi?
- Yes, unlimited Starlink. Switching off is your choice, never forced.
- Do I need to bring anything?
- Just yourself. Linen, towels, kitchenette — all provided.

- Is there an accessible tent?
- Yes — Tent 7 is specially designed for access. Tell us your needs and we'll talk it through.

- Eco Certified Ecotourism — built light on the land (Eco Anchors, not concrete), with low-energy and water-wise practices.
